It is a working food garden on one of the historical farms in the Boland. Great outdoor experience, unpretentious plus wine cellar and shop filled with homegrown items to take home. It is a great escape close to Cape town and other towns in the Boland and offers visitors a chance to indulge their senses.

Why you should visit it

The garden is a delight and offers visitors an unique experience of local produce, herbs and local plants. Visitors can taste what is in season and there are many benches where you can pause a while and take in the magnificent backdrop of mountains and vineyards.

Go early before it gets too hot or crowded.

This is an absolutely beautiful place where you can walk around in the gardens and have something to eat. It might get a bit warm in the summer, but it is an absolute must.
