This bar doesn't even have a website, but the news spread through word-of-mouth like wildfire. Walk straight through Honest Chocolate Café and you'll enter a fairytale,medieval style courtyard. Music,chilled vibe and extraordinary gin mixes (made from local gins) await you. This is the local watering hole for city slickers after a busy day at work.
Why you should visit it
Really good gin cocktails, a very nice and typical Capetonian atmosphere. Truly a local experience not yet known to tourists. Come for a drink in the evening and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Note, there isn't a menu, but visitors can opt for a slice of delicious chocolate cake or something savoury at Honest Chocolates next door.
Special tip
There are no signs from the street. Enter Honest Chocolate Café, walk straight to the back (past the kitchen) and you'll find it.
