Mark, (owner w spark of adventurer in his businessman eyes) says he is the only he knows who knows exotic food the way one should & asked the self-proclaimed explorer, me, to try some. I am thinking “I can handle frog legs/escargot.” What he offered was a little less frog legs/escargot, & more Braised Lizard, Pigeon Brain and their specialty Python
