You get your own personal hotpot. They have several broth options, so very good for a group situation so each of you can "double dip" and try more than one broth flavor. This is a partiularly local find so not too many people know of it yet. Their plum juice is darn good, order a pitcher. And Ask them how to prepare the dipping sauce for the hotpot
