Why locals love it
Originally built for the distribution of potable water in the city, after years it has been turned into a museum. It is loved by the locals due to the sights of the city and the artistic events that take place often: exhibitions, concerts, book signings, etc.
Why you should visit it
This museum gives a good view over the development of the city throughtout the years, including during soviet union. The best feature of the museum is situated on the last floor - the balcony. Stepping out you can get great views over the whole city.
Special tip
If you wish to see only city from above, then you can take the lift inside the building until the 5th floor and from there stairs up.
