Bistro 1568 is a new way of looking at traditional Transylvanian quisine. It takes the main idea of Romanian, Hungarian, German, Jewish dishes and gives them a modern twist preserving the delicious taste and making it attractive for today's fickle taste buds.

Not just the food is a nice mix of traditional and modern, but also the ambience. The walls are decorated with traditional Romanian ceramic plates for the traditional touch, and with modern visible-filament lights for touch of the modern. The central location makes it super easy to find.
The wine menu is fairly large, with specialties from various countries and regions. For desert try the local mix of creme brulee and chimney-cake.
