I`ve eaten a couple of times at Fragment and I`ve enjoyed each and every dish. This is a very special location, easy to find and with a large parking lot in front. Andrei Chelaru is the chef and, with every dish, he tries to take the romanian cuisine to a completely different level, by using local ingredients and his extensive experience abroad.
Why you should visit it
The atmosphere is relaxed, prices are reasonable and the wine list is extensive.
The duck with mashed potatoes is a must try, and if you're a vegetarian, you should go with the vegetable tart.
