Warung Bayu is a great little Balinese Restaurant on the west side of Cologne's City Centre a short walk from Rudolfplatz. It's owned by Balinese native Bayu who met his German wife when she rented a VW camper van from him. One thing that Warung Bayu is famous for is its amazing Peanut Tofu dish. Yes, I know it's Tofu but it really is that good.

Why you should visit it
The normal tourist traps are the restaurants along the River but head towards the West of the City Centre for the kind of places where the locals go. Warung Bayu is a great Balinese Restaurant that's booked out almost every night of the week.
Special tip
Order a Peanut Tofu and then ask Bayu for his recommendations based on what you like and don't like.
