The restarurant serves Nordic food and focuses on the terroir of the region. 108 owned by Noma and it follows many of the same ideologies. It is open from 8 am for coffee and pastries and in the afternoon, you are able to buy wine as well.
Why you should visit it
The menu is a selection of small dishes and you can find non-Nordic ingredients too. there is a lot of fermentation, pickling etc. of the ingredients. They have some amazing Natural wine, all wines from small vineyards with a respect for the terroir and the natural process.

Choose 3-4 dishes per person (try the Romaine Salad)!
