Best open-face sandwich in Copenhagen

Why locals love it

I found this place on the way back to town after visiting the Mermaid. Its a real hole-in-the-wall with colourful interiors, funky music playing and the BEST open-face sandwich I have tried in Copenhagen. They add these splashes of tangy sauce to add a wonderful flavour to all the fresh produce and meats/fish toppings. One not to miss.
