KB3 is one of the many, newer places that've opened in the city's old Meat Packing district. KB3 goes for a slightly more up-scale crowd, what with champagne and all. Music's eclectic, but mostly with some kind of foundation in electronic music.
Why you should visit it
Though it's not the cheapest place to get your drink on, prices are actually fairly reasonable for an ambitious place like this. Crowd's usually well-mixed, so nobody's left out. A partnership with the famed brand Veuve Clicquot means the bar is always well-stocked. If plain ol' champagne bores you, try their cocktails.

The Champagne Bar is open from 20.00 Thursday to Saturday - the night club Fridays and Saturdays.
