This unique cafe stands out from all of the chains surrounding it. It has a cozy 'Brooklyn' vibe from exposed brick walls. They sell 2 different kinds of espresso and have a small selection of homemade sandwiches and salads. Locals love to order something to-go and sit outside by the canal to people-watch in the sunshine.

This is actually the oldest cafe in Christianshavn. Many of the customers have been coming here for years and you can really feel a sense of the Danish 'hygge' here. Nearly everything is organic, including the coffee. They also emphasize locality by serving drinks in ceramic cups that are handmade just down the street.
Try a latte or cappuccino with the Umami salad (the dressing is divine!)
