This tourned out to be a great and very special guided tour. We got to experience a part of Copenhagen that we did not know much about, and it was interesting to learn about the development of the area by walking the streets and visiting parks and cafes/pubs. Much history and stories about every day life, and nice dialogue with Karl. Great way to spend an afternoon in Copenhagen!

Karl gave us a great tour of Westerbro - lots of hidden gems and seedy underbelly to explore. He knew his stuff, and the beer was really just more refreshment than 'tasting'. You'll cover plenty of ground and find the local bars you definitely wouldn't see on your own. Great way to spend a leisurely afternoon in the city.
I booked the beer and vice tour in vestebro as a birthday present for my husband on the last day of our break in Copenhagen. I thought it would be a different way of ending our holiday . I was right it was different informative and thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide Lars put us at our ease immediately and was a mine of information. The pubs we we visited were all different and all interesting in their own way and Lars had stories about them all. The area itself was one we probably would have missed on our own and that would have been a shame. So thank you Lars for a wonderful afternoon which flew by. I only wish I had booked the tour at the beginning of our time in Copenhagen as Lars had so much advice as to what to see and we missed a lot, still perhaps next time.
