A throwback to smokier
Why locals love it
Founded in 1916, this classic wood-panelled Danish bodega is the perfect place to hang out and chat with some of Copenhagen's artistic old guard and it's future linguistic stars, as it is regularly populated by both ageing and budding writers and journalists.
Why you should visit it
Apart from stocking a fine selection of international and Danish micro-brewery beers, Vinstue 90 is famous for its draught slow beer. It takes 15 minutes to pour but is well worth the wait as it has a unique, hoppy flavour that's hard to beat.
If smoking was an Olympic sport, this place would be filled with gold medallists.
