On the way to Agra there will be a stop for having tea/coffee or using the lavatory. In Agra you will be welcomed by your local tour guide who will take you to the Taj Mahal. Our Agra hidden gems tour will start by visiting the Taj Mahal.

The Taj Mahal is an immense mausoleum of white marble. Built in 1631 in the memory of Mumtaj Mahal. Daily thousands of visitors come here just to behold, it's celestial beauty. Also known as temple of love which is a pilgrimage for love birds.

After visiting the Taj Mahal, we will drive to old city Agra which was founded by great Mughal Emperors. Explore here, it's hidden gems by walking thorough its narrow and busy streets.

First stop in old city Agra is at Jama Mosque, which is one of the largest mosques in Agra. It has been intricately designed with Indian makrana marble and sandstone.

Now let's walk towards Agra Fort railway station, which used to be one of the stations in India, which had both broad gauge and meter gauge. It was built in the British period. Roam around here and click some finest pictures.

Another stop at the Rawatpara spice market, which is one of the oldest localities in old city Agra. Most of the shops in this market are from the Mughal period. Take a walk here and let yourself fall in love with Indian spices.

On the way there is a temple, which is a Lord Shiva's temple. Its not a common temple. It is said that the Shiv Linga in this temple is covered in silver and founded by Lord Shiva himself. At full moonlight Lord Shiva descends to this temple and blesses his believers.

Our last stop at the busy market, which is Bijli Ghar. Bijli Ghar is one of the largest wholesale clothes markets in Agra. One can find here any type of branded or local wear. A must visit!

After visiting clothes market, we will head to an Indian restaurant for lunch in our air conditioned car. We will have Indian Basmati rice, Paneer (Indian cheese prepared with spices in gravy), Daal (lentils with gravy), Mix veg, Naan (Indian garlic bread), Mughalai chicken (prepared in gravy with spices), Vegetable soup and offcourse Indian Masala tea.
