Biker Jim peddled his eccentrically gourmet hotdogs from a handful of carts before locking down two restaurants in the city. Always popular on the street, the brick-and-mortar establishments have become a common destination for Denverites in search of a cheap yet interesting meal.

Ever tried a reindeer hotdog? No? How about elk, boar, duck, buffalo, pheasant, vegan or even rattlesnake? All are on offer at Biker Jim's, and all are suprisingly delectable. The zoo-worthy variety of wieners, plus seven different topping combinations, a host of sides and several desserts means that every meal can be infinitely customized.
Special tip
The downtown location is open till 3am Friday and Saturday in case you have to close out the bars before feeling brave enough to eat rattlesnake meat.
