Other than outdoor sports, craft beer may be the single most popular aspect of contemporary Colorado culture, and for good reason. Some regional brews reach alcohol levels of up to 20% and feature flavors as diverse as lemongrass, thai basil, pumpkin, Mexican chilis, wild berries and bourbon to name just a few.
