Numerous places on Federal Boulevard serve pho (Vietnamese noodle soup), but only a few stand out. Pho Duy is the crown jewel. The menu is sparse- only variations of the namesake dish and a few appetizers- yet the broth is loaded with tender strips of meat and vegetables so well seasoned that a vast bowl of soup makes a fine meal all by itself.

If you haven't tried pho before, rest assured the flavorful broth gaurantees a great dish which can be precisely customized by selecting meat, poultry, seafood or tofu then adding the desired amount of dressings yourself.
