Why locals love it
It is a nice 19-century castle, known as "Kasteel de Viron", in neo-Tudor-style designed by Jean-Pierre Cluysenaar with a parc and a pond. In the parc, on the little island, you can also find the remnants of the medieval Sint-Alenatoren. Every year at the beginning of the summer holidays, a free festival called Vijverfestival takes place.
Why you should visit it
It's a really nice 19-century castle with paintings of the local painter Jacky Duyck.
