In its former existence this pub was at the shabbier end of shabby chic but has recently had a complete makeover. The design team have carefully selected some statement architectural salvage pieces and have created a modern industrial yet cosy bar and dining room.

Why you should visit it
Behind the ground floor bar is what con only be described as a mountainous selection of spirits from around the world. The food menu is also a little different from what you'll find in many other bars. The chef here clearly knows what they are doing and it shows on the plate.
Special tip
There are DJ's and live music at the weekend. The Saturday afternoon 'Brunch, banter & beats' is an nice option to wile away a few hours.
