Why locals love it

Candle lit and intimate this is a lovely place for a quiet meal. There is an extensive pintxo and tapas menu and impressive wine list. A recently extended outdoor area at the back makes alfresco dining an option in finer weather - and there are blankets available if you start to feel cold.

Why you should visit it

Much thought and research has gone into the food and drink on the menu and Pintxo offers a genuine Iberian experience. You can try the nearby sister restaurant 'The Port House' if you can't get a table here.

Special tip

The churros with hot chocolate sauce can't be missed

We found the Port House first and had a lovely dinner there with 5 different dishes and red wine.
