Saved from closure a number of years ago this restaurant is a solid staple of the Dublin dining scene. The new owners have put a focus on using locally sourced artisan products and the results speak for themselves. This is fine dining minus the fuss and all the better for it. They also serve a wide selection of craft beers and wines.

Its location overlooking the river and famous Ha'penny bridge is hard to beat but add to this the charm of the book shop down stairs and you are on to a winner. If you are too early for dinner browse the bookshop and maybe even have a coffee in the window table as you wait.
Booking recommended, ask for a window table for views of the Ha'penny bridge as you dine.
