Dance like a local
Ghillie Dhu4
Why locals love it
Originally the St Thomas Episcopal Church, today Ghillie Dhu is the temple of ceilidh, the traditional Gaelic folk music and dancing. The place is a Scottish theme pub with waiters dressed in tartan, but it works. Ghillie Dhu also serves traditional pub food and has a big screen, so you won't miss your favourite Scottish team's match.

Why you should visit it
It does not matter whether you are completely beginner or advanced in Gaelic folk dance, you are always welcome to join in the regular Friday night ceilidh. Have a great party under the stunning vaulted ceiling of a former church and enjoy the live music.
Special tip
Visit the beautiful Auditorium and try Ghillie Dhu's own craft ale.
