The Hub is the home of Edinburgh International Festival, located at the top of the historic Royal Mile. It was originally a church, now housing the box office and the busy Hub Cafe, quite a change. The Hub is also an important element of UNESCO World Heritage Edinburgh skyline, being the highest point in the Old Town.
Why you should visit it
The Hub is the place where you can book and pick up your Edinburgh International Festival tickets, it is the buzzing temple of the whole event. The box office also sells tickets for a wide range of other festivals like Beltane Fire Festival or Hogmanay. The place is easy to spot from everywhere, just look for the tallest spire in central Edinburgh.

If you book your festival tickets in advance asking for delivery by post, you can avoid long queues at the Hub.
