Villa Pentry is a handsome two-storey log villa erected by Nikolai Matrosoff, which he had brought around 1914-15 from the Vyborg-Terijoki region. This so-called attic-roofed building is characterized by a windowed, mostly inhabited roof floor.
In 1990, the value building, still known as Matrosoff's villa, passed into the ownership of the City of Espoo, and after the renovation, the city leased it to the Espoo Yacht Club. Restaurant operations in the culturally and historically valuable Matrosoff villa have been practiced ever since.
