Sergio Dondoli has a wonderful taste and fantasy. He mixes lavanda and blueberry, rosmarin and raspberry, saffron and cedar nuts in his ice cream masterpieces. He uses the pure organic biological caw milk and only fresh and natural ingredients. And this ice cream you can try only in San Gimignano - he doesn`t have other shops in Italy.

In the summer time try Ciampelmo - delicious refreshing sorbet - mix of champagne and pomegranate.
