As the name implies, Kitsch Devx is just a little over the top in a lot of ways. From the so-tacky-it's-cool decor to the often ornate drinks, everything about it is memorable. It's a very popular aperitivo spot since the buffet is one of the biggest in town (the quantity is more impressive than the quality, admittedly).
