A millenary cuisine from the mainly poor food like bread, beans, veggies, and slaughter waste has elaborated the particular dishes based above all on the freshness of the ingredients. This tour will let you discover the Florentine cuisine. We will taste the best coffee in town, we will walk among the market stalls where I will show you some traditional foods and you will have an occasion to taste some things and as lunch, I will offer you a traditional sandwich and a glass of wine.
