Chef Marco showed us how good pizza is made and we had a go a at making our own pizzas. Followed by making yummy chocolate Gelato. An interesting and relaxed 3 hours well worth it. Marco also interacted well with my 7yo son.

Our qualified pizza chef will teach you how to make tender, flexible yeast dough and the tricks for making a tasty but light tomato sauce. Even when you bake pizza in your own oven back home, you and your guests will taste the difference.

With our Pizzaiolo, you’ll make your very own pizza: you’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it, add slice it. It will be the best pizza you’ve ever tasted, and you’ll have made it yourself!

And after the pizza, it’s time for gelato. The chef will briefly fill you in on why gelato remains Italy’s favourite dessert and why the gelato culture continues to grow. You’ll get to know the basic raw ingredients, learn how it’s made, and taste some of the flavours.
