Why locals love it
It's been existing since 1989 and has about 52 market stalls which means there are a lot of things to see and buy. Konstablerwache is a very central place at the big shopping street Zeil. On this weekly market primarily local products are offered from farmers and producers. Locals come here to chat, meet and have lunch.

Why you should visit it
After shopping in the downtown area it is worthwhile coming here and tasting regional cuisine, i.e. green sauce, fried potatoes, sausage, wine and cider. you'll get some proper street food here and can see the people of Frankfurt in action ;)
