This place is highly frequented due to its very central location to the tourist attractions and the Zeil. Besides Japanese scones, pastries, and sweets they offer a variety of teas and also little kawaii items to buy, such as purses. The ground floor is the patisserie, the upper floor is a restaurant.

If you're on a budget, try their breakfast all you can eat for 8,90€ (no drinks included). They don't have a huge buffet, but what's there is tasteful and interesting (i.e. green tea buns). They have the breakfast buffet every day. The café is quite cozy because it's made to look like a living room.
Coffee is quite expensive there.
