Great food, fun staff, cute atmosphere
Why locals love it
The food is really good, they do a great breakfast in the morning. Really nice salads at lunch time and by night it turns into a kitsch bistro, serving really good food that's full of variety. The decor is great with maps covering the walls, and old bus seats. And the staff are full of good chat and enthusiasm.
Why you should visit it
It's just a small place so feels special. If your going to the theatre it's in a great location, just round from the Tron. It's close to the Merchant City area, where there is a lot of night life but the area it is in (Trongate) is much more interesting with galleries and vintage shops dotted around.
Special tip
Beef bavette is very tasty! Also a nice place to have a chilled lunch and play a board game before browsing local art galleries.
