The Boathouse is a favourite for Guelphites to grab a cone and enjoy a nice view. There is a wall along the riverside where one can sit and look onto the river, watch people kayaking and canoeing. They also have nice lunches and of course, tea.
Why you should visit it
There is also a neat covered bridge nearby that is great for artsy photoshoots. For the more adventurous travelers, you can rent a kayak or canoe from Speed River Paddling and take a cruise down the Speed River.
