Why locals love it
Located on the top of Lindener Berg the club houses since 1966 first class jazz musicians. Although there is room for 130 people it's very cosy and homely. The association of the club supports also local newcomers, for example there are rehearsal rooms in the former youth center.

Why you should visit it
Check out the homepage for concerts. The tickets are not cheap since the performances are of quality and often the musicians are celebrities in their field, but it's really worth it if you like jazz! Just to name some stars who have played here: Lionel Hampton, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Jan Garbarek, Randy Brecker, Pat Metheny, Mike Stern...
