Why locals love it
Just a few steps above Linden-central is Lindener Mountain (89m). There is located a jazz club, an observatory on the top of an elevated water storage, a beer garden and an old cemetery. Even though its in the city central you'll feel like you're in the countryside – big old trees, squirrels, birds and most of the time not a lot of people.

Why you should visit it
If you want to have a little break from sightseeing you should come here! Bring your lunch or take a walk in the park. Sometimes there are exhibitions in the little building at the entrance, it's called Küchengartenpavillon.
Special tip
Come here at the end of March to experience the "blue wonder" – Scilla-flowers are blooming all at once and forming a blue carpet under the trees.
