Pho Thin Bo Ho restaurant established since 1955 by Mr Thin. From now, Pho Thin Bo Ho has 3 shops in Hanoi and 1 shop in HCM city, that has operated by Mr Thin' sons and daughters. The 1st one is located at 61 Dinh Tien Hoang street, Ha Noi, which has run by my father- mr Thin's 1st son. Pho Thin Bo Ho gets a good standing in Hanoian's heart

Why you should visit it

Found this gem last year and came back this year with love! I can really say this is the best pho i had in vietnam (i visit vietnam almost every year) the broth is clear with pure beef flavor. When talking to the owner he told us that this recipe had been in the family for decades, waking up every morning at 5:30 to prepare the broth.

The best pho bo (beef) in all of Hanoi ! I was fortunate to have met a local young lady who turned me onto this place. This is the real deal!! They make the best beef pho in the city....right by Hoem Kiem Lake, but easy to miss if you don't see the narrow entrance. The recipe for the pho broth has been passes down from many generations. If you eat one bowl of Pho Bo,,,,eat it here. you'll do yourself a favor. They do one dish here and they do it well.
