Why you should visit it
Located in Iso Mustasaari (Big Black Island) the cafe serves visitors to Suomenlinna during normal opening hours and does the catering for local evening events. Icecellar was built in 1898 as storage space for the officer's barracks. The opening hours varies, check on website.
Special tip
An icebox of sorts, it was kept cool with blocks of ice sawed off the fresh water pans on the island. An interesting historical landmark.
