Why locals love it
The museum hosts interesting exhibitions from Finnish and international artists. Recent include: Munch, Lionel Smit (at the time of writing). The building itself is worth visiting. It was built for the Didrichen family in 50's and the 60's. The building is designed by a Finnish architect Viljo Revell. Check out the sculpture park outside for free.

Check out the exhibitions. Those interested on architecture or Finnish design might want to visit just to see the place. You can walk out side in the surroundings for free and check out the sculpture park (works from e.g. Henry Moore and many Finnish sculptors).
