Arkadia, nowadays the Parliament House, was a prestigious villa area in the early 19th century Helsinki. Arkadia originates from the Ancient Rome. Arkadia's Hill is not an official name of the place where lies Finnish Parliament House. The name of the place has been formed by the public that stuck into the hill and the nearby area.

Nowadays the media appeals to the Finnish Parliaments actions and decision-making as Arkadia's Hill decides. The Arkadia can be visited by a guided tour or assembly the schedule is released after the parliamentary elections. Group size is from 6 to 25 people.
