They like live bands/music and traditional pubs and action/adventure activities such as snowmobiling/skiing etc...but aren't very adventurous when it comes to food! They are staying in the harbour area and i would like to give them some suggestions of where to go/what to do - do you guys have any ideas?

At the harbour area there is a outdoor pool area called Allas Sea Pool. Exellent saunas and one of the pools is warmed and will be open around the year. I think that would be nice experince that time of the year.

Send them to Allas sea pool. There are outdoor pools with warm and cold water and saunas in the heart of Helsinki. Works all the year around till late night and has an amazing view to the city. Definitely worth to visit!
