Take the train from the airport to central railwaystation {25min). In walking distance there's Ateneum with art exhibitions. Then you can go to tram nro 3 for sightseeing. Just hop on at the station and hop off when you're back where you started. There are many bars in the area with shots and coffee. Just choose, what looks nice to you.

Thanks. I come to Helsinki with a ferry from Tallinn. What transport I should catch from port to center, or I can walk? 🤔
Take the tram to go to city center. Nro 4 if you arrive at Katajanokka and nro 7 if your port is Länsiterminaali.

If the weather is nice, you can also walk from both of the ports in Helsinki to the city center. It's a good way to see Helsinki by foot and in 7h you are easily able to walk through the whole center area :) If you arrive at Katajanokka port, you should definitely walk to the square market called Kauppatori, which is right on that edge of the city center where the Katajanokka port locates. The other port called Länsiterminaali doesn't either locate too far, but the area near the port is under construction and not that nice looking. Both walk and public transport are possible, depending on your preferences :)

If you are not into shopping and walking up and down the main street just for fun, you can visit Löyly, which is located in the same direction as Länsiterminaali port. It's a public sauna, with a nice looking terrace and swimming possibility to the sea. Costs about 20€ to take the sauna. Other, a bit cheaper public sauna, you can find in Allas sea pool are in the earlier mentioned square market near the other port. Sauna is traditional finnish that i would recommend for every tourist in FI ;)
