What are the Matriculation exams in Finland in Physical Education(PE)? What are the tests (running, ball games, fitness, weightlifting etc)? What are the conditions of PE classes? (gym etc) Do Finish students have to study PE? How many hours per week?

Hi Dan,

There is no matriculation examination in PE (sports) although it is a obligatory subject in Finnish basic and secondary schools.

You can study in english also, check it in the website of Haaga Helia University. They have a Bachelor and master degree program in sports.

There are no matriculation exams in pe, and pe in high school depends a lot of the school. I think it’s mandatory to study 3 courses of pe, each about 35 hours or so.

There are no Matriculation tests from PE in Finland. PE is however a mandatory subject in Finnish high school. In university it is not a subject anymore.

Not a subject, but You can study sport sciences in uni, though..
