In 1857, the Knights and Aristocrats redeemed the reserved plot that had been reserved for them till 17th century. In 1862 the architect G.T. Chiewitz's neo-Gothic building was completed. The Knight's Room served as a meeting room for all four castes, since the Government Office was not yet built.

Why you should visit it

Even today the Knight's Room is a active house. Much of the furnishings artifacts dates back with the knightlyhood. The gothic beauty of the Knight's Room gives a festive setting for corporate events, concerts, conferences and other meetings.

Guided tours can be asked from Knight's Rooms Office. Reserve appointment. Concerts are organized here often!
