The favourite new craze in Helsinki, an amazingly well-equipped "sports acrobatics" centre with trampolines, bouncy airtrack, foam pits, sprung floor and more. It's filled to the brim with training cheerleaders during weeknights, but if you come during the day you have the place to yourself.

Why you should visit it
It's a like a massive playground for adults. For €8 even non-members can drop in for wonderful circusy fun! You can also book an individual space (or trampoline) all to yourself or plan an event here.
Special tip
They set up a special 'adults' playground' parkour-type obstacle course every Friday morning from 8-9am. Crazy fun for €6.
