They have delicious food, nice synergy, nice music (Turkish raki music), qualified clients. You can have a dinner, get drunk and there are always other nice places around. Besides, their maze (appetizers) are so delicious.
Why you should visit it
If I was a tourist in Istanbul, I would like to see how Turkish drink, what they eat, drink, how their songs sound like, how they speak, dance, get drunk. I would wonder if Kebab is delicious because they all claim that kebab is their food not other nations' :)
Special tip
try "tel kadayıf" after meals. Really delicious desert.
