Why locals love it
I stumbled upon this sweet blue coffee shop on my way to the Basilica Cistern when I was feeling sleepy. Not only did Brew Coffeeworks help me wake up, it also became my favourite coffee shop in Istanbul. It’s located on the way to all popular tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from the Eminönü ferry station.

Why you should visit it
If it’s a hot summer day and you’ve spent hours lining up for the major tourist attractions, treat yourself to an iced latte or a cappuccino (my favourite) at Brew Coffeeworks. While you wait, check out the magnificent interiors. Once you feel the calmness of the blue walls and ceiling, you’ll want to stay longer – I guarantee it.
