Çorlulu Ali Paşa Medresesi was once part of a “külliye” (an Ottoman social complex). These days it’s a nice café where people of all ages smoke water pipes and drink tea. The traditional Turkish lighting makes it a particularly beautiful place.

Why you should visit it
Come here to taste a range of different water pipe flavours in a truly authentic setting. Their tasty apple tea is famous, but in my opinion their Turkish coffee cooked on cinders is the best. It alone makes Çorlulu Ali Paşa Medresesi worth a visit.
