Why locals love it

Mantıcı specialises in “mantı”, one of Turkey’s most beloved dishes. They’re basically meat-filled dumplings served with butter, tomato paste and garlic yogurt. The Kayseri region is especially famous for its tiny dumplings.

What sets Mantıcı apart from its competitors is that it only serves Kayseri-style mantı. Although it’s a relatively small place, you’ll get your food fast as the dumplings take just three minutes to cook.
