Büryan "pit roasted lamb" is a local dish, especially on the eastern side of Turkey. Most of the people in Istanbul can not know this place & büryan. It says more than "Kebab" and "Baklava" and represents Turkish Local Foods. Also this area "Kadınlar Pazarı" is a heaven of local foods

Why you should visit it
This place is located in Kadınlar Pazarı, Fatih. In that area, you can find also local places but Siirt Şeref Büryan is a different place than the others and the best place make Büryan Kebap. You can not find büryan any other places. You MUST eat a portion "Büryan" and before you eat büryan, you should try "Perdeli Pilav".
Special tip
Büryan & perdeli pilav are my favorite dishes in this place. It's also near to Valens Aqueduct
