The botanical gardens at Emmarentia Dam is an ideal place to have a picnic! Entrance is free and on some weekends you can expect music concerts and also the Linden Market on a quarterly basis. On the dam itself, you can get a canoe lesson at the Dabulamanzi Canoe Club or a SUP experience. It is also a popular spot for fishing on the opposite bank
